SHIPPING/TRACKING: Our preferred carriers are USPS and UPS.  Each order will receive a confirmation as well as a tracking number that will be sent via email - please check spam/junk folder if you are unable to locate. Be sure to add chasedesignco20@gmail.com to your contacts to help direct these emails to your inbox. You can also log in to your account on the website to check the status of your order.

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES:  We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages by the carrier or in the case of a wrong address provided. Please choose priority shipping, UPS and/or Route Package Protection if you'd like to have your package(s) insured.

RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, be advised we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds.  Please make certain your order is correct before submitting.
